15th January, 2003We went out for a curry last night at the highly recommended "Curry Bowl" restaurant here in Fernie. It's actually in a house, and since there were seven of us eating we had to wait a fair while to get our table. And we drank beer to pass the time. Things ended up fairly messily. The curry was great, James bought a snowdeck, and we had fun messing around on it. Then we drank some more, and had more fun on the deck. It seems that you can make friends with everyone just by carrying the thing. We now know the guy across the street - he's a snowboard instructor! This photo has James on the deck and Iwona doing the hard work. Later Mike filmed some night vision footage, all green and funky. This morning has been somewhat difficult... |
